Parent Teacher Association

We would like to remind parents that an AGM for the PTA will be held on Tuesday 23rd January at 9.05am. Everyone is welcome but please let us know if you are able to attend.

Private Road

We would remind parents that Easton Avenue is a private road and therefore should not be used by pedestrians or parked in. We would ask that parents take this into consideration when parking. Thank you for your co-operation with this matter.

Internet Safety

All classes will be trained in internet safety using the CEOP training “Think u know” during the week beginning Monday 22nd January.

e-Safety, Anti-bullying and Pastoral Care policies may be obtained from the school office.

School Photos

The school photographer from Tempest Photography will visit Cliftonville on Wednesday 7th February. Any family wishing to have a group photo taken should come to school at 08:30am.

All the children look very smart in their uniforms. We would like to maintain high standards throughout the year and look forward to your continued support. We would ask that all children wear black shoes.

Parent Survey

We value your opinions and would ask that you complete the survey that has been sent home today. The survey is quite lengthy (two parts) but essential for us to capture your thoughts on how we are doing. As we want to get as many returns as possible we have now decided to give a homework pass for the return of each part. This means that all of your children, at our school, could potentially get two homework passes for you completing both parts of the survey. Remember, you only complete one survey and choose the same child for both parts! To qualify for the homework passes, please return both completed surveys in the sealed envelope provided and also fill in the separate blue sheet with the names of the children that have to get a homework pass. All completed surveys must be returned by Tuesday 22nd January to qualify for the free homework passes.

Thank you in advance for your co-operation.

Coby the Bear

Well done to Leona O’Reilly from Mrs Holdsworth’s class for her choice of name for our new mascot, Coby the Bear.

Service of Light
